Transformers
Our qualified technicians have all the necessary skills and hands-on experience to carry out repairs and maintenance on all makes and types of transformers and tap changers according to manufacturers' standards.

Switchgear - Maintenance & Supply
Skilled technicians and specialists are trained to carry out installation, commissioning and testing of circuit breakers and transformers. Our experience includes turnkey projects as well as ad-hoc supply, install and commissioning.
On-site maintenance is available on all makes and types of metal clad switchgear from 2.2 kV up to and including 132kV. We also supply a limited range of breaker contacts for various makes of switchgear.
On-site testing includes
- Timing tests and speed tests.
- Ductor tests and resistance tests.
- Insulation and Megger tests.
- Minimum voltage tests for trip and close coils.
- High Pot testing for vacuum bottles.

Isolator Maintenance

Retrofitting
Retrofitting your switchgear and panel boards is the right option when the whole of the gear does not need to be replaced. Issues such as worn breakers, limited available circuits, unreliable panels or loose connections can often be resolved through retrofitting.

Oil Purification
The purification plant is a small compact unit designed especially for underground work, with 27kW heating power and filtering 800 litres per hour. It is easy to move and dissolves water, dirt and gases from insulating oil to maintain its purity and improve electrical insulating properties.
Our compact purification plant is used for purification, degassing and dehydration processes for insulating oils in electrical transformers under 500kV. It can be used on site and online while the transformer is in use to avoid service interruption.
