Switchgear – Maintenance & Supply

Skilled technicians and Specialists are trained to carry out installation, commissioning and testing of circuit breakers and transformers. Our experience includes turnkey projects as well as ad-hoc supply, install and commissioning. On-site maintenance on all makes and types of metal clad switchgear from 2.2 kV up to and including 132kV.

Retrofitting your switchgear and panel boards is the right option when the whole of the gear does not need to be replaced. The breakers could be wearing out, there may not be enough circuits available, the panels may no longer be reliable or there may be loose connections.

All these issues would often be resolved through retrofitting. Additionally, when available space is a constraint, but the entire system needs to be replaced, retrofitting is the solution.

Projects Completed

The purification plant is a small compact unit designed especially for underground with 27kw heating power, filtering 800 litres per hour. It is easy to move and dissolve water, dirt and gasses from insulating oil to maintain its purity and improve its electrical insulating properties so as to ensure the safe operation of the electrical transformer.
Our compact purification plant is widely used for purification, degassing and dehydration processes for insulating oils in electrical transformers under 500KV. It is widely used in electrical transformers, indication equipment, capacitors, high- voltage switches etc. It can be used on site and online while the transformer is in use and avoid service interruption. It can also be used for injection of oil into the transformer under vacuum conditions or drying out the transformer with hot oil circulation.
